The Bonnie Lavric Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a high school senior who is currently enrolled at Dublin Dance Centre & Gymnastics. The recipient exemplifies a commitment to dance, community service, and extra-curricular activities during high school, beginning with the summer before high school. All dancers and gymnasts attending DDC&G who are completing their senior year of high school are eligible for the one-year non-renewable scholarship.
The scholarship is given to a senior dance or gymnastics student and awarded each year at the June performance. The award is intended to help defray college expenses, regardless of the student’s course of study.
The scholarship committee is independent of Dublin Dance Centre & Gymnastics. DDC&G staff, owners, or family members of staff/owners have no say on who the scholarship is awarded to.

The Lovegrove family is proud to offer a scholarship to support artistic education. Whether a student is pursuing a degree in dance, taking private voice lessons, or attending a camp or clinic to help them achieve their artistic dreams, they are eligible to apply.
The Lovegrove family have been a cherished part of the Dublin Dance Centre & Gymnastics community for many years. Now facing a profound health challenge, they continue to inspire us with their strength, grace, and unwavering spirit. Through their journey, they have shown us an amazing example of their love and support for others, even in the midst of their own trials. This scholarship reflects the love and encouragement the Lovegrove family has given and received. It stands as a tribute to their enduring commitment to uplifting others and nurturing a strong, supportive community.
We recognize that life presents many challenges—be it injury, financial hardship, learning differences, or family illness. We want to hear your story, your perseverance, and how this scholarship can help you continue growing as an artist. This scholarship is given to any current DDC&G student aged 14-18 and awarded each year at the June performance.
